No. We specialise in small-group island tours with a maximum of 20 guests on our speedboat trips, and even fewer guests on many departures. Our goal is to provide a more relaxed, personal, and enjoyable experience away from the crowds.
You can securely book and pay online in advance to confirm your tour. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you all trip details, pickup information, and what to expect for the day.
Our tours are all-inclusive with no hidden costs. Depending on the tour, prices include hotel transfers, national park fees, snorkeling equipment, life jackets, meals, insurance, drinking water, and refreshments.
Yes. Many of our guests travel as families, and we welcome children on our tours. We provide child and infant life jackets, shaded seating areas, and relaxed itineraries designed to be family-friendly. Some tours are better suited for younger children than others, and we’re happy to recommend the best option based on your family.
Absolutely. Non-swimmers join our tours regularly. We provide life jackets and our crew is happy to assist beginners with snorkeling and getting comfortable in the water. Many guests also simply enjoy the scenery, beaches, and island experience without swimming.
Safety always comes first. We monitor weather and sea conditions daily, and if conditions are unsuitable, we may reschedule or cancel the trip. If we cancel due to weather and an alternative date is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.
Yes. Tours run year-round, including during the May to October monsoon season. Phang Nga Bay is generally very sheltered and calm throughout the year, while Phi Phi tours can occasionally be affected by rougher sea conditions.
Our big boat Ngamkom that we use in Phang Nga Bay is ideal for pregnant mothers. Plenty of room, smooth ride, good protection from the weather, nice toilets and all activities are safe and easy.
Yes. We regularly cater for vegetarians, halal meals, and most food allergies or dietary requirements. Please let us know in advance when making your booking.
We recommend bringing swimwear, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a camera. For snorkeling trips, rash guards or long-sleeve swim shirts are also a good idea for extra sun protection.
Sandals that can get wet are best, particularly on tours where we enter the caves. For Phi Phi, flip flops are fine.
Yes. We provide snorkeling masks, snorkels, fins, and life jackets on all tours, including children’s and infant sizes.
Yes. All guests are covered by passenger insurance during the tour.
No. Phi Phi Islands and Phang Nga Bay are located in different areas and are too far apart to comfortably visit within a single day trip.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
